Unlike the default which automatically approves of the sign-up, Magento 2 B2B Registration gives the admin time to review users before activating their registration request.
The admin can edit/update the status of B2B accounts in Customer Gridor on Customer Detail Page after.
Then, the B2B account will be assigned to a group configured in advance, normally Wholesale. Whereas, users registering via default sign-up link will be assigned to another group, say, General.
That way, the admin can classify B2B and B2C customers right from the start for further marketing actions.

- Send an email to the admin on the registered wholesale account
When there is a register via the B2B Registration form, the admin should know it immediately to quickly verify and timely get in touch with the potential customers.
